As of May 4, 2023, a total of 22 cases are being handled by the Right Side human rights defender NGO, of which 2 are in the ECHR, 7 are in the trial stage, and 11 are in the preliminary investigation stages.

In April 2023, 21 beneficiaries were provided with legal counseling by the Right Side NGO. 

The lawyers of the Right Side NGO ensured the current maintenance of the cases in the organization, in particular, the lawyers participated in 7 court hearings and took part in investigation operations in 7 cases.

During the month of April 2023, 6 new applications for legal aid were received.
