In connection with the mentioned cases, in the investigative department of the Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of the Yerevan City Department of the RA Investigative Committee, under Article 194, Part 2, Clause 8 of the RA Criminal Code (murder, harming health, torture, committing a crime against sexual freedom or integrity, the threat of kidnapping, illegal deprivation of liberty or the destruction of large or particularly large property due to racial, national, ethnic or social origin, religion, political or other views or other personal or social circumstances motivated by hatred, intolerance or enmity) and According to the RA Criminal Code Article 330, Part 2, Clause 3 (public call to commit violence against a person or a group of people because of racial, national, ethnic or social origin, religion, political or other views or other circumstances of a personal or social nature using publicly displayed works, mass media or information or communication technologies) criminal proceedings have been initiated.
