From September 28th to October 1st 2017 , Vrezh Varzhapetyan, a “Right Side” Human Rights Defender NGO Public Relations and Communication Officer, traveled to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, to represent the organization for the IGLYO’s ( International Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer and Intersex Youth & Student Organization ) annual membership conference.
The mission of the ” Right Side ” Human Rights Defender NGO is to form an equitable society and a strong trans community by providing health, education, social, psychological and legal services to the trans community by raising the community’s visibility in society.
Sharing ideas and mission of IGLYO – our delegate Vrezh Varzhapetyan represented the issues and situation of trans youth in the Republic of Armenia.
We are proud to inform you that ‘’ Right Side ‘’ Human Rights Defender NGO voted to became a full member organization at the 2017 IGLYO Annual Membership Conference.‘’Right Side ‘’ Human Rights Defender NGO became the second NGO from Armenia as a member of IGLYO, an organization which unites LGBTIQ youth in Europe.
