Right Side Human Rights Defender NGO expanding its cooperation with international and local NGOs, foundations, initiative groups, individuals, launches a project “Neutralizing the Consequences of Coronavirus among Trans People” within the framework of “COVID-19. Civil Society Resilience and Sustainability” regional project which is being implemented by IREX Europe (now Equal Rights & Independent Media, ERIM) and Human Rights House Yerevan (HRHY) and funded by the European Union (EU).

The goal of this project is to support transgender NGO volunteers, activists (particularly transgender people undergoing hormone therapy) to receive psychological counseling to overcome their problems, besides, the project provides an opportunity for the staff and board members of the Right Side Human Rights Defender NGO to overcome the occupational burnout caused by coronavirus, the participants will have the opportunity to have a restorative rest and will return to work with new strength.

Right Side Human Rights Defender NGO is doing its best to make the lives of transgender people safer and more prosperous.
