With the financial support of ILGA Europe, Right Side human rights defender NGO is implementing the Building Trans Media Influence through Capacity Building & Content Creation program, within the framework of which it announces a tender for the provision of services for the creation of the organization’s website. Individuals and legal entities can apply to the competition. The purpose of the website is to provide organized and accessible information about the organization’s activities. To get an idea of the intended site,  applicants should consider the following, without viewing it as a definitive model: http://rightsidengo.com/, analyze it, and make suggestions.

Bids submitted must include the following:

1. Description of the proposed site․ The website must

• be accessible in all browsers,
• have an administrative management system through WordPress,
• be created in Armenian and English languages,
• be device friendly,
• be user-friendly,
• be able to download documents of different formats (doc, docx, exl, pdf, ppt, etc.), as well as pictures and videos,
• meet SEO standards,
• have a unique UI/UX design matching the organization’s brand book. 

1. The price offer
   3. Portfolio of participating organization/individual with at least 3 references of completed projects. The organization/individual must provide 6 months of warranty maintenance of the website.

The procedure for choosing the winner of the competition

The Right Side NGO will study the justifications of the applicants’ work experience and the bids and select the participant who presented the best conditions. The organization may request additional information or clarifications from the tender participant. Participants that meet the above requirements can send their proposals in Armenian or English to rightsidengo@gmail. to the address until May 31, with “Website Creation Contest” in the subject line of the email.
