One of the strategic goals of Right Side NGO is to ensure access to health services for Trans, LGBTIQ individuals, and sex workers. To achieve this, the organization prioritizes several key areas: preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs), increasing awareness among community members about sexual, reproductive, and mental health, improving the ethical standards of healthcare professionals working with Trans people—including the promotion of respectful, inclusive language—and conducting monitoring, research, and surveys on the well-being and safety of Trans, LGBTIQ individuals, and sex workers in Armenia.
To meet these goals, Right Side NGO provides the following services:

Individual and group consultations on health, psychological, and social issues, available via hotline and online

• Creation of self-help and support groups
• Peer-to-peer education and counseling
• Outreach work
• Distribution of safe sex kits
• STI testing services
• Organization of informational and educational events
• Development and publication of educational materials
• Thematic research and surveys
• Screenings and discussions of social issue-focused films.

The organization carries out STI testing and distributes safe sex kits in phases, based on program availability, with updates shared through its social media channels.
