Call for Applications: Academy for Volunteer Support to Conscripts

Right Side NGO is pleased to announce that applications are now open for LGBTIQ individuals who wish to participate in the "Academy for Volunteer Support to Conscripts", taking place in November, and later become volunteer ambassadors supporting GBTIQ community members navigating the conscription process.

The main objectives of the Academy are:

• To provide participants with information on GBTIQ rights, the conscription process, and mental health,
• To develop participants’ skills for conducting community work and effectively disseminating information,
• To promote the well-being of GBTIQ individuals and contribute to the broader implementation of the WPS agenda.

Who can apply:

• LGBTIQ community members from all regions of Armenia who are willing to attend the 5-day Academy in November and continue as volunteer ambassadors, actively engaging in subsequent phases of the project.

The program offers:

• In-depth thematic training sessions led by experts,
• Free transportation, accommodation, and meals,
• A creative and supportive environment for collaborative work,
• The opportunity to become a volunteer ambassador upon successful completion of the Academy.

How to apply:
Please complete the application form and submit it by October 26.

Priority will be given to candidates who are already active in the community and are willing to continue supporting it in a more structured and impactful way.
