Community Meetings with Sex Workers

We organized a series of engaging events in our community space in September. These activities aimed to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where sex workers and other community members could share their stories, discuss existing challenges, and raise awareness about their rights.

The first meeting focused on the life experiences and challenges of sex workers. During the event, we screened a film about trans sex workers, which encouraged deeper and more personal discussions. This meeting became an important platform where 10 community members were able to share their experiences and receive support from one another.

The next community event was dedicated to classic literature. 13 participants actively discussed selected excerpts from classical works and connected with other community members. The event promoted cultural engagement and provided a space for exchanging ideas and reflections.

The final discussion focused on sex workers’ rights and was attended by 8 participants. The session explored the challenges of rights protection and discussed how the community can work collectively to defend their rights.

These meetings not only strengthened community connections but also created opportunities for sharing experiences, raising awareness, and building stronger mutual support within the community.
