Position Summary:
Right Side HRD NGO is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Partnership Development & Resource Mobilization Officer to strengthen our organizational sustainability, expand strategic partnerships, and mobilize resources to support the rights and empowerment of Transgender LGBIQ+ community in Armenia. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in human rights fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, and partnership development, with a deep understanding of Transgender LGBIQ+ issues and an intersectional approach to advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with local, regional, and international donors, foundations, and institutions.

·  Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies, including grant proposals, fundraising campaigns, and partnership initiatives.

·  Monitor donor requirements, funding trends, and opportunities to diversify revenue streams for sustainable organizational growth.

·  Support program teams in aligning project proposals with donor priorities and global best practices.

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with Transgender LGBIQ+ organizations, networks, and coalitions at local and international levels.

·  Prepare high-quality reports, concept notes, and communications materials for donors and partners.

·  Advise senior management on strategic funding opportunities and partnership development initiatives.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in international relations, social sciences, human rights, development studies, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

·  At least 5 years of professional experience in fundraising, partnership development, or resource mobilization, preferably in human rights organizations.

·  Demonstrated knowledge of Transgender LGBIQ+ people rights, with sensitivity to intersectional challenges faced by the community in Armenia and the region.

·  Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.

·  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

·  Strong networking skills and experience engaging with international donors and partners.

·  Proficiency in English and Armenian; knowledge of and Russian is an asset.
