“Right Side” Human Rights Defender NGO invites qualified service providers and individual entrepreneurs to submit price offers for the organization and logistical support of a three-day event scheduled for 23–25 October 2026.

About the Event

The event is planned for 15 participants and will take place on 23–25 October 2026.

The selected service provider will be expected to provide the following services:

• Accommodation for participants;
• A suitable meeting/training room;
• Catering in accordance with the programme agreed in advance;
• Coffee breaks;
• Transportation for participants;
• All necessary technical and logistical arrangements for the event.

Submission of Price Offers

Signed and stamped price offers may be submitted:

• Electronically to rightsidengo@gmail.com; or
• In person at the office of “Right Side” Human Rights Defender NGO.

For electronic submissions, the email subject line should state:

“Price Offer – Organization and Logistical Support for a Three-Day Event”

Price offers submitted in person must be provided in a sealed envelope marked:

“Price Offer – Organization and Logistical Support for a Three-Day Event”

The price offer should include:

• A detailed description of the proposed services;
• Description of accommodation arrangements;
• Catering arrangements;
• Description of the meeting room and available technical equipment;
• Transportation arrangements;
• Cost of each service;
• Total cost, including all applicable taxes and fees;
• Any other relevant terms and conditions.

Submission Deadline

19 October 2026, 18:00 (Yerevan time).

Price offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Eligibility Requirements

The applicant organization or individual entrepreneur should:

• Have relevant experience in organizing and providing logistical support for similar events;
• Have valid legal and tax registration as an individual entrepreneur, LLC, or other registered legal entity;
• Be able to provide appropriate accommodation, catering, and event facilities for 15 participants;
• Provide all necessary technical and logistical arrangements;
• Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services;
• Ensure the confidentiality of information made available to them concerning the contracting organization and event participants;
• Adhere to the principles of equality, inclusion, and human rights;
• Refrain from homophobic, transphobic, or any other discriminatory treatment of any individual or group.
