Invitation to Submit a Price Offer – RSNF20/04/2026
“Right Side” Human Rights Defender NGO invites service providers to submit price offers for the organization and delivery of the “LGBTIQ+ Inclusive Camp.”
The event is planned for 16 participants (3 days / 2 nights, June 1–3, 2026) and includes accommodation, venue/outdoor space, catering, and transportation services.

Signed and stamped price offers should be submitted via email to:

“Price Offer – LGBTIQ+ Camp 2026”
Submission deadline: May 25, 2026, 16:00 (Yerevan time)
Late submissions will not be considered.
Qualification Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in event organization (local or regional level)
- Possess a registered legal or individual entrepreneurial status
- Demonstrate high responsibility and the ability to deliver quality logistical services
- Adhere to principles of equality and human rights
- Not exhibit homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory attitudes toward any group
