Invitation to Submit a Price Offer – RSER25/05/2026

Right Side Human Rights NGO invites service providers to submit price offers for the organization and servicing of the Strategic Planning Workshop of Right Side Human Rights NGO.

The workshop is planned for 10 participants and will take place from 1–4 July 2026 (4 days / 3 nights). The requested services should include accommodation, conference facilities, meals, and transportation.

The price offer should include a detailed description of the proposed services, prices, and terms and conditions.

Submission Deadline

28 June 2026, 16:00 (Yerevan time)

Late submissions will not be considered.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants should:

Have at least 5 years of experience in providing hotel services and/or organizing workshops, conferences, or events;
Have a valid legal and tax registration status (sole proprietor, LLC, or another registered legal entity);
Be able to provide appropriate facilities and conditions for professional meetings and workshops;
Have proven experience in organizing and servicing similar events;
Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and the capacity to ensure quality service delivery;
Be guided by the principles of equality, inclusion, and human rights;
Not demonstrate homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory attitudes toward any group.
