Invitation to Submit a Price Offer – RSUAF21/04/2026

“Right Side” Human Rights Defender NGO invites service providers to submit price offers for the organization and delivery of the “Crisis Planning Workshop for the Organization’s Team.”

The event is planned for 12 participants (3 days / 2 nights, April 30 – May 2, 2026) and includes accommodation, venue, catering, and transportation services.

 Submission deadline: April 27, 2026, 16:00 (Yerevan time)
Late submissions will not be considered.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in event organization (local or regional level)
• Possess a registered legal or individual entrepreneurial status
• Demonstrate high responsibility and the ability to deliver quality logistical services
• Adhere to principles of equality and human rights
• Not exhibit homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory attitudes toward any group
