Scope of Services

“Right Side” HRD NGO invites qualified and interested service providers to submit price offer for organizing and servicing the Academy for Volunteer Support to Conscripts.

The requested services include:

1. Hotel accommodation – for 22 participants, 5 nights, including breakfast;
2. Conference hall – fully equipped, suitable for 22 participants for all event days;
3. Catering services – full meals (lunch and dinner) and coffee breaks for all meeting days;
4. Transportation – two-way transfer for 22 participants (Yerevan–venue–Yerevan).

Submission Procedure

Signed and stamped price quotations must be submitted electronically to rightsidengo@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Price offer  Academy for Volunteer Support to Conscripts 2025”

Submission deadline: November 14, 2025, 16:00 (Yerevan time).
Late submissions will not be considered.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in organizing events (local or regional level)
• Have a valid legal and tax registration (as an LLC, IE, or other registered entity)
• Demonstrate high responsibility and capacity to deliver multi-component logistical services with quality assurance
• Be guided by the principles of equality and human rights
• Not exhibit or endorse any homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory behavior toward any group
