Job Description

Right Side Human Rights Defender NGO is seeking a photographer to conduct individual photo sessions with members of the LGBTIQ+ community. The photographs will be used for the development of a photobook.

Scope of Work

The photographer will be responsible for:

• Organizing and conducting individual photo sessions with participants
• Ensuring respectful, safe, and dignified representation of each participant
• Collaborating with the team to maintain content integrity and ethical standards
• Selecting and editing photographs
• Delivering up to 100 high-quality edited images

Expected Outcomes

• Up to 100 high-quality edited photographs
• Visual content reflecting individual stories
• Final files ready for print and publication

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in photography
• Portfolio with examples of previous work (preferably portraits or social themes)
• Ability to work ethically with sensitive topics
• Respectful and inclusive approach
